Throughout my life, I’ve always had this energy of getting things done as quickly as possible so I can move on to the next thing. However, I’ve realized through the years that when I do this my mind is not present and I don’t do my best work. Intention is everything. 

When you RUSH the process sometimes things don’t turn out the way you want them to, you get bummed out. It’s like writing this short article to you right now. You have no idea how many times I had to start, stop, delete, and go back to correct all my mistakes. It sucks. I wish I had this stream of consciousness throughout my writing where every word I type just makes sense with the rest of the words so I don’t need to keep re-editing. 

But that’s why life is so beautiful. Because it’s not perfect but imperfect. It’s called maintenance. Doing the same act over and over again so you improve over time developing skills and mastering them over time. 

So enjoy the process, the journey, the act of doing and don’t think about the destination. It’s the same way I see content creation and live streaming. It’s the art of practicing over and over again. I’m not saying don’t have that sense of urgency– DO! But have it in mind by being present, aware and enjoy the process!

Most people try to write the "perfect prompt" on their first try. Instead:

1. Start messy - throw your request at the AI quickly
2. Read the response - see what's good and what's missing
3. Refine in follow-ups - "make it shorter," "add examples," "more casual tone"

Think of AI like a conversation with a smart colleague, not a vending machine where you need the exact right coin.
