Feeling Overwhelmed With Life?
I sure am today. The heat is killing me. It’s been an unusually hot summer in Colorado, over 90 F as I type these words out to you. I’m trying to edit these videos for a client and they are not downloading to my phone because the internet at Starbucks is so bad.
I worked out at the gym today but it felt like I was going through the motions. Do you ever feel like that? I have not been eating well the past few weeks, which likely has something to do with my negative mood. The only silver lining is that I keep showing up.
And this is something you can take heart in knowing. No matter how you feel you keep putting in the reps. I know it can be really hard sometimes to show up but I promise it gets better the more you show up for yourself every day, putting in the work.
Recently, I feel like my content has been a little everywhere. I have no focus. You can tell I’m consistent but what focused message am I trying to exactly say to my audience? I preach all the time to my clients how you need a target audience to focus your content towards, and here I am not even taking my own advice.
I want too many things. That’s what it comes down to, and you want it all too. We all want to be better. We all want to win. We are all rooting for you.
All I know is that one thing is for certain. I can’t keep doing what I’ve been doing. I keep wasting my energy at things that don’t mean anything. I need to focus on the value I’m giving you, which is letting you know that what you are doing right now is the most important thing you can do, which is reading this newsletter.
So thank you. Keep going. You are more valuable than you think. Trust the process. You got this. I’m rooting for you and don’t feel overwhelmed. Take it one day at a time.
