Love it. I really appreciate you coming on the podcast, bro. Yeah. This means so much to me.
1:13
Uh, if you wouldn't mind introducing yourself to the listeners, the audience here, and then just tell me a little bit about what you do. Yeah, thanks for, uh, having me, bro. My name is Double O Tatts.
1:21
I'm the Black James Bond with the tattoo gun, sponsored by Bitcoin Cash. Coming, you know, pa- I'm a co-host with, with, with... Thought over. Sorry. [laughs] No, no, no, I'll cut that. [laughs] Don't worry.
1:31
No, no, keep it going. All right. All right. All right. Keep it going, dude. All right. This ain't live, so- What's up? Yeah, yeah... it's all pre-taped. Yeah, yeah. What's up? What's up? Yeah.
1:36
No, you know what it is, it's Double O Tatts, the Black James Bond with a tattoo gun, sponsored by Bitcoin Cash. Coming back from Not Another Bitcoin Podcast with my dog, my dog, Ken Bozak. And, uh, yeah,
1:47
I'm just here at, uh... I'm back here at Denver, Colorado. I had a, um... Hang with bro... Uh, East Denver. Yeah. You did. You did. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, we're still in Denver, bro. Yeah. How you feeling about that?
1:59
Man, I'm feeling really good about it, bro. For sure. Yeah. You were just at the conference, right? Yep. Yep. How, how'd that go? Tell me a little bit about that. Man, it was sweet, bro. It was real sweet. Like- Yeah...
2:06
it was my first conference ever. Mm-hmm. And, and man, I didn't realize there was that many people into crypto in America for real, you know? For real. Yeah. And it, like, it blew, blew my mind, like.
2:16
Was that your first time at the conference? Yeah, first conference ever. Okay. First, you know- Oh, wow. First, yeah, like- Damn... first, like, social crypto gathering. You know what I mean? Mm-hmm.
2:23
On, on that scale, you know what I mean? For sure. Damn. And it, it really... It opened my eyes to a whole, you know, underground world of people. It felt like, you know, degens, you know? Yeah, for sure.
2:33
Dude, I love that. So take me back a little bit. When did you first start hearing about crypto? Okay. Well, the first time I heard about crypto honestly was from my homie. Mm.
2:42
He, uh, he was like, "Bro, you can, you can buy some stuff on the dark web, bro. Yeah, you can." [laughs] "All you need is some Bitcoin." [laughs] All right. All right. And, uh, yeah. So how, how far back was this? 2017?
2:51
Uh- 2020?... I think this was- Before COVID? This was 2000... Yeah, before COVID. Yeah. Mm. 2019. Okay. 2019. Yeah. Right before COVID. Yeah, right before COVID. Interesting. Yeah. And did you buy?
3:02
Did you buy some Bitcoin? Yeah. Yeah. Oh, yeah? Okay. I, I, I bought a bunch of Bitcoin, but I spent it all too on some dumb shit. Why? Listen, it's like- Why? [laughs]... I bought- Why do you HODL, bro?
3:10
[laughs] I bought... 'Cause I didn't, I didn't realize what it was. Mm. But in, in all actuality, I was using it for what it was purposed for. Mm. Rather than investing and then HODLing- Right...
3:18
I was using it for commerce. I was using it to- Right... buy and spend, using it like money. Mm-hmm. And, uh, yeah. I b- I bought a bunch of it [laughs] just to spend it all on stolen credit cards.
3:29
[laughs] And, uh- Dang... I, I used the pur- stolen credit, stolen credit cards to purchase food. Mm-hmm. So yeah, I ended up...
3:35
I, I, I might spend $15 worth of Bitcoin to get, uh, a, a stolen credit card that might have $500 worth of credit on it. Dang. And I'm... Then I might buy 500 worth of food, you know what I mean? Right. Right.
3:48
So, so yeah- Right... ba- basically I was eating my, my Bitcoin. Got you. Yeah. But you were using it. Yeah, yeah, exactly. You were actually using it. I was using it for- Were, were you actually using it to live?
3:56
Like- I'm now eating... sustaining yourself? Oh, to eat. To eat. Yeah, yeah, for sure. Did you, did you have another job? Or what were you doing? I was actually tattooing. I was tattooing.
4:03
Were you- I've been tattooing about 18 years. Yeah. Okay. Were you not getting paid for tattooing? Oh yeah, for sure. But I mean, it was like a side hustle, you know what I mean? Oh.
4:09
Like, uh- It wasn't your full time- Nah, nah. Oh, okay. It, it... For me, it was a way to get free food. Right. You know what I mean?
4:15
Like, if I go buy some Bitcoin, and I send it over here, and I do this and do that, eventually I have some free food at the end of the day. Got you.
4:22
So was it just Bitcoin, or did you have any other, like, um, networks that you bought into? Nope. Any other blockchain? Just straight Bitcoin. Just straight Bitcoin for a while.
4:30
Yeah, yeah, because that, this particular site, it only accepted Bitcoin. Oh, I see. As a matter of fact, it, it did accept Litecoin. Litecoin, okay.
4:35
But, but, but I didn't really step my, yeah- You didn't care about Litecoin, and you was like, "Well-" Bitcoin was working. You know what I mean? I- Bitcoin's working, right. [laughs] Yeah. You know?
4:42
Why, why, why DC, right? Yes. Oh, oh. Okay. So, um, when was your next, um... When did you start getting into meme coins? Um, I got into meme coins... So, so Bitcoin Cash, is that a meme coin? Okay. Um, not really.
4:57
[laughs] That's kind of a... [laughs] So like Dogecoin. It's like Doge. Right. Shiba. Right, okay. Well, I will honestly- Yeah... I, I have never really been into meme coins. Oh, really? Yeah. Oh, okay.
5:03
Like I, like I didn't even know the difference between a me- meme coin. Um- Okay. But- Between like a regular- Yeah... network, regular blockchain versus meme tokens- Right... on a blockchain. Yeah. Okay. Okay. Yeah.
5:13
I got you. Yep. So did you invest in any other cryptocurrency besides Bitcoin in the last, you know, since you've been in crypto for almost, wow, right before, that's five years. Five years. It's been years.
5:25
About that, yeah. Yeah. Five, six, seven, eight. It's, it's, it's- What, what other, what other blockchains- Um... have you looked into? Have you looked into... Are you pretty much just a Bitcoin maxi?
5:32
Um, actually I'm, I'm sponsored by Bitcoin Cash. That's right. Right. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's right. But that, isn't that, like, the same thing as Bitcoin? Or tell me about that. From my understanding- Mm-hmm...
5:41
you know, mind you, I just got into the crypto space, you know- Okay, for sure... you know, this past year. Okay.
5:45
From my understanding, Bitcoin Cash is what Bitcoin was originally created to be and works the way that r- original Bitcoin was created. Oh. I didn't know that. Yeah.
5:55
Like from, from my understanding, you know, and, you know- Okay... I, I got a pretty good level of comprehension. You know what I mean?
6:00
Like, I can read- I feel like you're sponsor- I mean, you're sponsored by them, right? Right. Right. For this trip. Correct. So yeah- To-... it's not biased at all. Okay. I, I paid to come out here on my own, though.
6:07
Right. Right. Mm-hmm. Yeah, for sure. Got you. But they sponsored you to give away Bitcoin Cash essentially. Isn't that the agreement or how are they doing it? Yep. Yeah, they, they, they paid me- Okay...
6:15
to, to give away free Bitcoin Cash tattoos and spread adoption and awareness.Nice. Talk to me a little bit about that. Like, how, how did you get the sponsorship? Like, how...
6:25
what, what was the process with that, and then, um, how is it helping you spread the word? Yeah. Man, it was really crazy how it happened, man. Mm-hmm.
6:31
Like, long story short, you know, I traveled from Indiana to Las Vegas. Mm-hmm. And all I had was my tattoo equipment and my truck. Okay.
6:39
And I was on the side of the street, on the side of, you know, in parking lots and, and at parks and, and literally in front of a smoke shop called Wonderland Smoke Shop in Las Vegas. Okay. Shout out to Wonderland.
6:50
Mm-hmm. They let me, they let me post up outside of there. I was doing a tattoo. I did, I only, that's funny, I only did it for one day. Mm-hmm. And I did a tattoo on the cashier. Mm-hmm. And just
7:01
amazing string of luck, Ken Bozak walks up to the smoke shop to get, uh, to smoke, whatever he was getting. [laughs] And, uh, he seen the tattoo. Mm. And he was like, "Hey, man, nice tattoo. Where'd you get it done?" Mm.
7:14
And the cashier was like, "I just got it done right there outside where you're standing at." And he's like- No way. [laughs] You know, Ken's so confused. Nice. He's like, he's like baffled. Yeah.
7:21
But at the same time, he's intrigued. He's like, "I want a tattoo too. If you just got a tattoo out here outside, I want one too." Mm. Pretty much hit me up.
7:28
Long story short, he end up, he end up paying me in Bitcoin to do his tattoo. Nice. And that right there was, like, the, the, the snowball, the catalyst of everything, you know.
7:38
Because once he paid me in Bitcoin, you know, I started to understand, you know, okay, mind you, I already understood that as you can pay me, I can turn it to dollars and stuff like that. Mm-hmm.
7:46
But, but to, to, for me myself get paid in Bitcoin, you know what I mean? Mm. That was the first time, you know? Mm-hmm. And, uh, he ended up hiring me to do the tattoo party at his Shitcoin Conference after party. Mm.
8:01
And that was fire. It was so many people there. Okay. And like all these different, you know... I think, the, the, I think those were meme coin people, I think- Sure... if I'm not mistaken. I'm sure. I'm sure.
8:08
Um, [laughs] Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, so- Meme coins are huge, so. Yeah, for sure. Yeah. And, um, at the, at that after party while I was doing tattoos- Mm-hmm...
8:17
I had, I had my QR code, my cryptocurrency QR codes on the wall- Mm... you know, for tips and what- Right. Yeah. And, and so, so, so luckily, like I said, it's an amazing string of luck. Yeah.
8:29
The creator of the Celine wallet, Kaliski- Oh, okay... he pulls up, watching me doing a tattoo- Mm... and decides to give me a tip. Mm. But at the time, I didn't have a Bitcoin Cash wallet on my wall. Oh.
8:42
So he's like, "Hey, man, you get a Bitcoin Cash wallet on your wall, man, I'll definitely, you know, tip you right now." Yeah. I'm like, "Sweet."
8:47
I pull out the wallet out my pocket, like, "Hey, man, don't worry, I'll put it up right now," you know? Yeah, yeah. That's [laughs] And, uh, yeah, he did his thing. He, he tipped me 20 bucks in Bitcoin Cash, man. Yeah.
8:54
I appreciate that, man. Yeah. Because that moment right there- Mm... introduced me to Bitcoin Cash, you know? Mm-hmm. And I started to understand the difference between them. Yeah.
9:02
And that happened to, you know, be like [laughs]... So once he hit me- Mm-hmm... he told another one of his Bitcoin Cash brothers, you know what I mean? Part of the Bitcoin Cash community, uh, Steve Thurman.
9:15
Shout out to Steve Thurman. Because once he told him about, you know, him meeting me and tipping me in Bitcoin Cash- Mm-hmm...
9:22
Steve Thurman got the bright idea, "Hey, why don't he, we start paying him to give away free Bitcoin Cash tattoos?" Mm. And that was just, you know...
9:30
He, we, we contacted, and he paid me, he paid me out of his own pocket for the first 20- Mm... Bitcoin Cash tattoos that I did. I knocked those first 20 out in the first week.
9:38
And, uh, and after that, after I did the first 20, first, after I did the first 20 Bitcoin Cash tattoos,
9:46
we, he introduced me to the whole Bitcoin Cash community through, through what they call, um, um, a crowdfunding system- Mm... called Fundme.cash. Mm. Where it's a Bitcoin Cash based GoFundMe for, rather, you know. Okay.
10:00
And it's where people, people have the opportunity to, to do things to help the Bitcoin Cash community as far as, you know, marketing or- Oh, I stopped my recording. How dare they call me. It's all right.
10:11
[laughs] Continue recording. Yeah, yeah, I, I caught that in there. Yeah. I caught it in there. But no, no, that makes totally, total sense. I love that.
10:18
And I love that philosophy of Bitcoin Cash too, because I've always just seen Bitcoin as Bitcoin. Mm-hmm. Essentially. I didn't know there was, like, a Bitcoin Cash thing. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.
10:27
And knowing that they're looking for, you know, people like you, influencers, to sponsor, uh, to be sponsored to, to, to push this out, I think that's incredible. Yeah. And so what's, um...
10:39
Tell me a little bit about the onboarding process, how easy it is, is it for you to s- strike up a conversation, get people to buy into Bitcoin Cash? Well, in all actuality, man,
10:51
I don't, I don't really recommend people to necessarily buy in- Mm... to, to, to a cryptocurrency. Because I'm trying to s- educate on, on the mind switch of that it's not a, a...
11:01
Of course, it is an investment tool, but it, the purpose of it was not for it to be an investment tool. It was created to be digital money. Mm. Peer-to-peer money. Right.
11:10
So, so I encourage people to, to start accepting it- Mm... as far as payments, you know. Right. Especially people, entrepreneurs, you know, people with side hustles. Right. "Hey, man,
11:18
of course you got your 9:00 to 5:00, and, you know, how you pay your bills, whatever. But if you got an opportunity to accept Bitcoin Cash- Mm-hmm... that's the way to go. That's the future of money, you know? Mm-hmm.
11:26
That's the future of commerce, future of business. And I, I encourage that more than anything. Like I said, I tell people, "I wouldn't encourage you to, to, to buy crypto because I don't tell you to buy a dollar."
11:38
You know what I mean? Right. Like, that's my mindset. You don't, you don't, you don't think about investing into the dollar, do you? No. You think about earning dollars. Right. You think about spending dollars. Right.
11:45
So that's what I do. I encourage people to earn and spend, you know? Right. Not, not to say that, you know, it's not a valuable tool as far as investment wise, you know? Not to, not to shun that. Right.
11:53
But nonetheless, but the purpose of it is, you know, to be a global reserve currency. Let's use it like a currency. Right. Right. I love that. I love that philosophy. So take me back a little bit.
12:04
Um, I know you touched on how you got into Bitcoin Cash- Mm... through, you know, you doing your tattoos and- Mm-hmm... whatnot. Um, how did you get started tattooing? Um- Like, what was your passion for it?
12:15
Like, how did you, like- Oh, man... wake up? It's, it, it's simple. Oh, it was simple? It's simple.
12:18
That's, and that's why, that's why the cryptocurrency resonates with me, res- resonates with me so well because my initial interest into, into tattooing at all was about money.Mm. It wasn't about art.
12:30
I just happened to be good at it. Right. You know what I mean? I had to be good at... I, I, I've been an artist my whole life. I've always drawn pictures. Like I, I'm a portrait specialist.
12:37
Like I can draw like anything I can see, you know? Right. But that wasn't paying the bills. [laughs] I see. I, I could be as good... And mind you, I, I didn't know how to market it as well. Right. I was young.
12:46
You know what I mean? Struggling artist mentality, right? [laughs] Yeah, you know. But, but mind you, I was only 17- Right... when I got introduced to it in the first place. Right.
12:52
So, so it was just my, my homie was like, "Hey bro, you know, you can draw your ass off. You know, people will pay you a lot of money for a tattoo. You can get rich off tattooing." Mm-hmm. And I'm like, "Yeah?"
13:01
Like, you know what I'm saying? Yeah. And I didn't have the money to pay for a kit. So I told my mom, I said, "Hey, look, if I get straight As on my report card- Mm-hmm... you gotta buy me a tattoo kit." There you go.
13:11
And, and she was like, "All right. Fuck it. Okay." Mind you, I hadn't been going to school for months. Um, my report, my report card was all Fs. You hear me? Damn. Like I had truancy out the ass. Like it was crazy. Yeah.
13:22
So, so [laughs] so she's like... She was really like, like, "Yeah, all right." You know what I mean? "We'll see. If, if you get it, of course I will." You know?
13:30
But yeah, I brought back that, I brought back that report card all As, you know, and I'm, I'm here now doing tattoos for [laughs] people. You know what I'm saying? Like, yeah, 18 years later. Nice. Nice.
13:39
So like right after graduation- Mm... you started tattooing? Is that- Actually, I was tattooing in high school. Oh, in high school. Yeah. Wow. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. I was that guy. Like your friends and stuff? Oh, yeah.
13:48
My friends, my little- Just asking for little like flash tattoos or whatever. No, I was doing... My sixth tattoo was a portrait. Whoa. Yeah. Yeah. No, they're pretty similar- So you've always been an artist.
13:57
Yeah, that's what I'm saying. I've been drawing my whole life. That's insane, bro. I've always been an artist. And it just, it was just kinda easy for me to pick up. Right. You know? Like- Right...
14:02
but at the same time, it was also very challenging as well because it was- Mm... a different... You know what I mean? Like- Right. And it, and it, it was easy to, to, to be good sometimes- Mm...
14:11
but it was hard to be consistent when you first start. You know what I'm saying? So. Interesting. Yeah. 'Cause there's a lot of different... 'Cause mind you, every- I'm not doing the same tattoo every time.
14:20
You know what I'm saying? Mm-hmm. Right. So. It's very different. Yeah. Very different. Yeah. So like, so like execution is different. You know what I mean? I'm gonna have to use different tools, you know? Mm.
14:27
And, and not having certain experience with the, different tools may look like my, may make my 10th tattoo look, look worse than my, my 100th tattoo- Mm...
14:36
based on, you know, the, the la- lack of material or understanding at the time, you know? Right. That makes sense. Why didn't you ever choose a different medium for your art? Why, why- Oh...
14:45
why not like painting or illustrate? You know, like why tattooing specifically as your art? Honestly, because that was the first one that, that somebody told me, "Hey, you can get some money off of."
14:54
Like, you know- Oh, money. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? Oh, it's the money, money. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. I feel you. That, that makes sense.
14:57
And, and it, once I seen how easy it was to get the money off of it, like I had, I, it was a lot more... The market's a lot bigger. You know what I mean? Mm.
15:04
A lot more people want tattoos than they want paintings and drawings. So like- That's, that's true. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. Very, very true, especially back then. You know what I mean? Mm.
15:12
Even, even more now, but like back then- Right... I had less competition as far as, you know, other tattoo artists. Like- Oh... yeah, that's me being young, Black, in my, my city. Like it was- Right.
15:21
I, I- And which city are you from again? [laughs] Anderson, Indiana. Anderson, Indiana. Yeah. Interesting. Yeah. Small town. Cornfields, right? Yeah, yeah, yeah. [laughs] Pretty much. Pretty much.
15:30
But at the same time, though- Indiana's full of cornfields. Yeah. Indiana- Yeah... Indiana whole, as a whole, full of cornfields. Yeah. Yeah. But these cities like where I'm from is more like, like...
15:38
Anderson, I call Anderson- Yeah... the biggest town, smallest city. Okay. Because we got everything that a town or, or a city would have, you know? Mm-hmm. And, but it's small like a town.
15:47
Like a like ho- hometown, you know. Everybody knows everybody. But like I said, we got a casino, we got a racetrack, you know what I mean? Horse track, you know. Like downtown area, you know.
15:56
It's a nice, nice city, you know. But- That is nice... but it's real small. That sounds nice. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I love that. So, um, h- when did you decide to move? Because obviously, you know, you're not there anymore.
16:06
Right. But like when did you decide to kinda jump out and expand? Yeah. And like how, how did that integrate- Yeah... with your tattooing? Yeah. Honestly, man, I planned on moving out here to Vegas...
16:16
Well, I say here, but out to Vegas- To Vegas... back in 2021- Okay... when I first got out of prison, man. Whoa, whoa, whoa. Prison. Yeah. Yeah, yeah. Oh, we gotta get into that a little bit later. Yeah, yeah. For sure.
16:26
Continue that. For sure. For sure. Yeah. [laughs] Yes. Damn. Okay. [laughs] That got deep fast. Yeah. Right, right, right. [laughs] And it's about to get deeper, bro, I promise. Whoa. Yeah, so. Whoa, whoa. Yeah.
16:35
Okay, so Vegas. Okay, yeah. Yeah. Before I get to Vegas, like I said, my mo- my mindset was, "All right, we're gonna go to Vegas- Okay... and, and, and live out my dreams." You know what I mean? Sure. I'm an artist.
16:43
I, I know I can survive in, in, in Vegas like that. Definitely. So like I said, I'm fresh out of prison, I'm on probation, you know. So they like- Yeah... "Uh, we not letting you move nowhere." Right. You know?
16:52
I couldn't transfer. I'm like, "All right. I... Fuck you. Fuck y'all." I got, I really got upset behind because you're like I'm trying to get away, I'm trying to do better for my life, and y'all holding me back. Right.
17:00
You know? Right. So, so long story short, man, so much shit happened between then, 2021, and, shit, 2025 when I moved out here. Right. But yeah, man.
17:11
[laughs] Like I said, man, long story short, man, I, I finally got the first... I finally got an opportunity to get out here 'cause I got off probation, I got off everything, you know.
17:21
And it was May of 2025 when I moved out to Vegas. Wow. And like I said, I was fresh out of house arrest, you know. I- Yeah... I bought my truck. And that same year, you know- Mm-hmm...
17:33
early 2025, January, the, the mother of my, my youngest son- Mm-hmm... she had committed suicide, man. And, and that- Wow...
17:40
that had a lot to do with, you know, me just wanting to get away from that whole, you know- Sure... experience- Makes sense... and the area, you know. Like- Yeah, I feel you. You know? Yeah, yeah.
17:48
But it's not something you can really run from though, honestly. Definitely. That's really scary. But on top of that, it's like Vegas. Yeah. Like why Vegas of all the cities? [laughs] Yeah, man. Come on.
17:58
[laughs] Man, I mean, it was, it, it kinda was a no-brainer to me. You know? Mm. Me being in, you know, me being in a, a industry where attention equals sales. Right. You know? Right. Yeah.
18:09
Why wouldn't I go to the entertainment capital of the world where it's a lot of attention being attracted, you know? Mm-hmm.
18:16
And I, and if I can just, you know, siphon a little bit of that in- attention, you know, here and there- Mm-hmm... then I'll be able to survive, you know?
18:22
And, and, and if I can survive long enough anywhere, I can make the right connections to- Mm... you know, be very successful. And I, and I, I was very confident in that, and it was my...
18:32
Even though it was my first opportunity in life to be able to do it- Mm... I just knew what I was capable of, and I just knew if I had the opportunity to do it, it was gonna happen. Why not? It was gonna happen. Yeah.
18:41
Why not do it? For sure. Take that leap of faith. Did you have any contacts, uh, in Vegas? Yeah. Like, did you have- I had, I had, I had like, I'd say one household of contacts. You know what I'm saying? Okay.
18:52
As far as like a, a, a brother, his wife- Oh, sure... and their daughter and their son, you know? Okay, so you had like a place to stay for a while. Yeah.
18:58
If, if, it, you know, I, I was sleeping on the floor a couple times. You know what I'm saying? But I, for the most part- Right... I slept in my truck, man. I, I slept in my truck. Damn. Yeah, in the summertime, you know.
19:06
Ooh. But- That's not cool... [laughs] Hey, you're right. Not, not cool. Literally not cool. [laughs] Not good. Uh, especially at night, you know. Yeah, yeah. You're trying to... You can't leave your car on all day. Yeah.
19:15
Yeah. Yeah. But I did. I did. I, I managed it though. I- Okay... I managed it that whole summer. Like, and then- You're, you're here. [laughs] Yeah, I'm here. You're here. For real. For real. That's amazing.
19:26
So, um, let's go back to the prison, bro- Yeah... because I feel like that, that plays a big part in your story. Yeah. If you don't mind opening up about that.
19:33
Yeah, yeah, yeah, no, I'm not gonna have a problem at all, man. Like, wa- Yeah, yeah, share with me, I guess, why you were in prison. Yeah, man, just- If you wouldn't mind... I mean, yeah, just being young and dumb.
19:41
Okay. You know? Okay. Like, honestly, I was [laughs] I was a s- pretty much a suc- successful tattoo artist in my, in my, my city. Yeah.
19:49
Even though I wasn't like, you know, the biggest or the best, but like I, I, I made a decent living. Yeah. But I had gotten to basically, you know, a, a string of bad decisions. You know what I mean? Mm.
19:59
Lead, leading to, leading to me being behind, uh, financially. Right. And being behind financially, you know, man started to get desperate. You know?
20:07
Especially, you know, uh, needing a, a place to stay, you know, needing, needing to pay the rent. You know what I mean? Mm-hmm. And, and being 21 and, and being irrational.
20:16
You know, being, you know, impatient, I decided to, to rob a, a gas station. Okay. Yeah. And it was kind of- That's fair...
20:23
it was kinda crazy, 'cause like [laughs] actually it kinda, it was really cra- it was fucked up, man. 'Cause like I robbed this old lady with a taser, bro. Like, talking about tased the old lady, tried to- Wow.
20:33
A taser, bro? Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's crazy. It was crazy. Like, it was really crazy. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. Yeah, and like didn't even get no dollars. Didn't, didn't even get a penny. Like- You didn't get anything? Bro.
20:42
Nothing. I, I got, I got five and a half years in prison for, for zero dollars. That's so stupid. Yeah. That's... I'm sorry. Yeah. Very, very stupid. Yeah. That's so stupid. But you know what, man?
20:52
I wouldn't trade it for nothing in the world, because it made me who I am today. Sure. So- I... Yeah, definitely. How was prison? How was it? I mean- How was it? I mean, honestly- Hm...
21:03
in comparison to other people that I've, I've, I watched, you know, in their, doing their time- Yeah... I had it made, bro. Like- Really? Yeah, bro. Okay. I was a tattoo artist. You know what I mean? Like- Okay...
21:13
being able to, being able to tattoo in prison, it's like- That's fire... be- being like the pr- especially being as good as I was. You feel me? Yeah, yeah, yeah.
21:20
Like, it's, it's like hierarchy in prison, you know, of course. You know what I'm saying?
21:25
And the, the, the, the top, the top hi- hierarchy, it's typically the king of the camp they would call, probably the, the drug dealers of the camps. You know what I'm saying? Oh, okay. You get what I'm saying? Sure.
21:35
Under, under that are the tattoo artists. You know what I'm saying? Okay. Yeah. So I was, I was typically basically like the, like the prince of the camp. You know what I'm saying? Damn. You know what I mean?
21:43
Yeah, I'm like being realistic. You know what I'm saying? That's crazy. Especially at a small camp where there weren't that many- Oh... other tattoo artists. You know what I mean? Sure. Yeah.
21:49
So yeah, I had, I had other, I had other inmates, prisoners, convicts coming from different, different dorms coming to my dorm just to get tattoos and stuff, you know what I mean? Damn. And, and, and the prison was fire.
21:59
You had it made. Yeah. Yeah. Okay. I ate good. I ate good. I came home with, with some money. I came home, you know what I'm saying, with weight on me. You know what I mean? Damn. Yeah.
22:07
Okay, so prison treated you better than the outside world for a minute there, it sounds like. [laughs] Uh, uh, I mean- I don't know, man- I mean-... the way you're portraying it.
22:16
[laughs] Honestly, it's life in the wo- whether- Yeah... wherever you at. Mm. It's about how you handle it. You know what I mean? True. I don't believe in h- life handling me or prison life handling me. Right.
22:24
It's the way I handle life. You know? Got you. When I was, when I was young, I handled life, you know, immaturely, and I made mistakes that sent me to prison. Mm.
22:31
Once I got into prison, I started to get smarter, and I started to make be- better decisions that, you know what, I handled my life better in prison. Mm. You know? And it, it, it ended up better for me. For sure.
22:40
I can tell. I can tell. Pretty... Yeah, for sure. That's amazing. So after prison life, you moved to Vegas. After Vegas... So how difficult was it for you to get started tattooing in Vegas?
22:52
Oh, I already had all my equipment, so it wasn't- Yeah... it wasn't hard. I was set for success. I mean, like, the marketing part, like actually- Yeah... creating the business in Vegas. Yeah.
22:58
Trying to find traffic, that sort of thing. Right. Yeah. It, it, man- 'Cause there's a lot of very- Yeah... high-level tattoo artists there. Yeah. Like, you're coming from a small town- Yeah... to a big city- Yeah...
23:08
where it's like- Yeah... competition, bro- Yeah, 100%... it's fierce. 100%, I'm glad- How do you deal with that? I'm glad you asked that- Yeah... because, like, I had to get creative. Like- Okay...
23:16
a- and, and luckily, you know, I was just happened to be at the right place at the right time. Met Kim Bozek, got me into crypto, you know. Mm.
23:22
And that's where I get most of my, my, my funding from as far as like, you know, my... I've been sustaining my life, you know, with, you know, sponsorships from Bitcoin Cash- Yeah. Wow...
23:32
in the, in the, in mi- in between, you know, doing tattoos here and there. You know what I mean? Yeah, yeah. Sure. Just building up my clientele in Vegas, you know? Right.
23:38
But, but honestly, like, like, I've been, I've been... That's been real creative, man. Mm. Like, I, I do tattoos at different parties. I've been doing, at mansions, lifestyle parties. I done did tattoos at, at raves.
23:49
I done did it in- Whoa... a church. You know what I mean? Okay. Like- Damn. Yeah. I didn't know that was legal. [laughs] Yeah. Bro, like, legal? Legal? Like- Oh, I guess you can do anything at church, huh?
23:59
[laughs] It's only, it's only illegal when you get caught. Sure. So like- Facts. Yeah... like I said, I'm good at little tests, bro. Right. I'm in and out of there. You never seen me. Yeah. In and out.
24:06
You feel what I'm saying? Yeah, bro, I'm talking about I tattoo anywhere. Mm. And, and I was never there. That's funny. That's funny, bro. That's the whole point, bro. Okay.
24:13
Wait, okay, where is the most craziest place you've ever had a tat- uh, ever done a tattoo or something?I think, I think l- last, the other night at the freaking rave, at the vibe check party. Oh, you do? No way.
24:25
Yeah, bro, at, in the middle of a rave. Damn, I can't believe I missed that. At the vibe check. Shout out to vibe check, rest the vibe check. Yeah. Yeah, bro. Like, that was, that party was lit. The rave was lit. Yeah.
24:33
And he let me do tattoos in there. I tattooed him. Mm. I tattooed about five people that night. Damn. And like, the, the footage of it is so fire, 'cause like it's a dark ass rave- I, you showed me, bro...
24:42
with the light show and all that. I know. Then you see my head light on the tattoos. Fire. I can't wait to get all the other footage. Like, 'cause he had a cameraman and everything. Oh yeah, it's gonna be fire. Dude.
24:50
It's just, yeah. That's huge. Yeah. I can't wait to see that final video. Yeah, but that's the craziest place really out of all the places. You've been to Vegas- Man... and, and your hometown. I mean, Vegas was cool.
24:59
Yeah. Yeah. Oh yeah, at the airport, at the airport was pretty crazy too. I did tattoo at the airport. Wait, wait, you did a tattoo? Yeah, I be forgetting. I be forgetting. Wow.
25:05
Yeah, I be doing tattoos so many places, bro, I forget. Oh. Yeah, at the airport on, on the runway. Tell me the airport story. Yeah. Oh, the story. Yeah. Okay, it's all good. Okay.
25:11
Uh, I was going, I was flying somewhere. I missed my flight. Yeah. The la- lady in front of me, she missed her flight too. Okay. She was mad as hell. She was drunk. She [laughs] she had, she had shots. She was drunk.
25:20
She had a wis- a flask in her, in her purse. Oh my God. And I'm like, I said... She, like I said, she was so mad. I'm like, "You know, it sounded like- Wow... you need some ink therapy."
25:26
And she said, "You know, goddamn right I do." [laughs] Oh, wow. Okay. I was like, I was like, "Well, come on. I got my shit with me right now. Come on." I said, "We got a couple hours till we get up, get on the plane.
25:34
Let's go. Let's do it." Yeah. And she was down with it, and I, I'm talking about I tattooed her right here in the terminal, like- Wow. Yeah. At the airport. At the airport. At the airport. Yeah. That's crazy.
25:43
Flagstaff in Arizona. That little... It's a little ass airport. Sure. Yeah. But yeah, we was in there. It was just me and her, and I tattooed her for about 45 minutes. What did you tattoo her?
25:52
She got, uh- What'd she get? She got, like, some flowers. Oh, that's cute. Just some little, cool little flowers and shit. Oh, that's cute. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. That's bad. It was cool. She was feeling it, huh? Yeah, yeah.
25:58
She loved, she loved it. Wow. And I onboarded her to Bitcoin Cash as well. No way. Yeah. Yeah, for sure. Dude. Yeah, that's the purpose, bro. You're a great ambassador. Bro. Look at you, man.
26:06
I'm trying to do my best, bro, 'cause I understand- Mm... like, like h- how the, the, the... I truly have the direct route to- Yeah... the, the market that we really need, need to reach. Right. You know? Right, right.
26:16
And, and I believe, I don't, I don't believe anybody would be able to reach them as, as, as effectively as I will be able to. Mm. Especially on a, on a permanent level, because I'm tattooing you. Right.
26:24
You ain't gonna never forget the shit that I talked to you about. You know what I mean? No. That, that's the vibes in my head when I'm, when I'm, when I'm, when I work. You know what I mean?
26:29
Like, that's the, the, the, the, the standpoint and, and try to, I try to keep that mindset and focus on, on like, you know, I got, I, as, as my position. This is my, I, my purpose, my authority to do, you know? Yeah.
26:42
Well, if you think about tattoo artists, you build a relationship with them over time because- Right... usually you like that artist so much you keep coming back for more tats. Exactly.
26:51
It's kind of like the barber or the- Exactly... hairstylist or the makeup art- You know, it's like these- 100%... these certain professions that people use again and again and again. Exactly. These services essentially.
27:02
Yeah. And you're filling that need. Mm-hmm. And then at the same time, you're building a rapport with those people over time. Exactly.
27:07
And eventually they like you, trust you, and will invest in whatever you're selling them essentially, right? Right? Like Bitcoin Cash. Yeah. So like, it makes sense. It makes sense. So as...
27:17
And, and this is fascinating to me because- Oh... you know, I don't know anything about tattooing. Mm-hmm.
27:20
I've interviewed a few tattoo artists, but it's just like, it's, it's crazy how unique your job is, and I wanna get into a little bit about AI. Okay, cool, cool. You know, you, you know. Yeah. Okay. Oh, yeah.
27:32
I'd love to get into AI a little bit. Okay, so do you think AI would ever take your job tattooing? Oh, taking my job. Yeah. I mean, I honestly, I don't- Mm... I can't see it. Like, like- Okay...
27:43
how is a co- computer gonna give me a tattoo? Like, you know what I mean? Like- They got those 3D printers out now. You do the image. It draws. I, I don't know. Hey, hey. Think about it. The sky's the limit. Yeah.
27:53
I, I... Yeah. Robotics. They're doing the arm things now, you know? Yeah. I was at a XRP event, bro. You... They, they had a picture of me. It took a picture. Yeah.
27:59
And then they were able to stencil that picture- Yeah... through a robotic arm. Yeah. Bro. Yeah. That was all done through AI prompts. I'm just saying, bro. Yeah. It's a thing, so I'm just like- Yeah, yeah...
28:08
it's, it's a valid question. That's all I'm saying. Hey, yeah, and I get it. I get it. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I mean, I mean, I don't think that we're that close in technology- Okay... because, like- Yeah...
28:16
I'm pretty sure that's gonna take a lot of, you know what I mean? [laughs] There's so many different variables to the human body- That's true... that you gotta take account for. That's true.
28:23
And I don't believe that, you know, that AI's gonna be able to, be able to- Mm... handle all that on the fly the way that a human will be able to, to be able to, uh, understand that the- Mm...
28:32
not only skin depth, but skin texture- Mm... and skin, skin pigment. The pressure. All that. Yeah. All of that. You know what I mean? Yeah, yeah. It takes a lot to count. And, and, and it's gonna be...
28:40
Even if that ha- did happen, it would still require some type of human interaction or, or pro- productivity because- Mm...
28:47
without, without, without the, the, the human being able to change the needle, and I mean, this is so much. Nah. Man, listen. [laughs] Listen, listen. I'm listening. I'm listening.
28:56
I'll be retired before it happen, honestly. That's how I feel. Okay. Like, it's- You don't think so? AI's moving fast, bro. Yeah, yeah.
29:00
I mean, but- They're saying the next three to five years, jobs are gonna disappear overnight. And I, I could imagine. A lot of jobs out there. And I couldn't see a person wanting to get a personal tattoo from a machine.
29:14
Mm. You know what I mean? Like, I think, I think that that would- Not yet. [laughs] You know what I mean? Like- Uh-uh. Uh-uh. I just feel like we outsource everything, you know?
29:20
I mean- People will, like- I, I guess at one point in time they- Yeah... before car washes, you know what I mean, everything was ha- You know what I'm saying?
29:26
So now- It was hand washed, but now you just take it through the machine now. Yeah. Yeah. It's easier, it's quicker, it's more efficient, gets the job done, and then everyone's happy. Man, I, I read up on it. Wait, what?
29:36
Yeah. Yeah, yeah. So you would move to Japan and do this full time? 100%. 100%. Yeah, J- Japan. Well, when I read about it a few years ago- Mm... Japan was like, like, very, needed, needed male talent very, very bad.
29:47
It was like- Really? It was like 100,000 to one as far as male talent to, uh, women talent. I think we need to go to Japan. You feel me? I think we- Yeah... I think we all need to go to Japan actually.
29:56
[laughs] I read, I read it in, uh, I think it was either Incorporated magazine or- Yeah... or, or Business and Magazine. Oh. I forget which business magazine. This is interesting. Yeah.
30:03
Okay, when did you hear about this? This was- Where'd you find about it? In prison. [laughs] Oh, in prison. Okay. Yeah, I read, I read in a magazine. Yeah. And, uh, this was 2000 and probably '18-ish. Okay. Before COVID.
30:16
Yeah. Mm-hmm. Okay. So it might've changed a little bit. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But- Yeah. Yeah. Maybe- Matter of fact, I'm talking, it might've been, might've 10, 10 years ago. It's 10 years ago. About 10 years ago.
30:25
10 years ago, yeah. I think Japan's changed over 10 years ago. They may not needing as much male talent. Maybe they need more. Maybe. [laughs] I don't know.
30:30
But, but 100,000, that's still like, you know what I mean, that's, that's a big gap, you know? That is.
30:34
From one to 100,000, like, you know what I mean, and then thinking about it like- MmWomen still overpopulate the world as far as, you know, men and women ratio. It's more women than men on this earth, period.
30:44
And it's gonna continue to be like that as far as, you know, I, I can see. And, uh, if that's the case, like it'd be, it'd be harder to... You know what I'm saying? Like I- Interesting. Okay...
30:54
I- I could still see it probably being a, a, a male, male talent deficiency, I guess. [laughs] Well, I'm sure you're aware Japan, it's depopulating. Oh, really? No, I'm not aware. Yeah.
31:05
So they're having less babies every single year. It's an aging population currently. Oh, okay. Okay. So it's depopulating- Okay... meaning people are not having babies. Okay.
31:13
And they want more people to have babies- Okay... because it is depopulating. Okay. Well, see, that- So-... that being said, then, then this just makes it more like, yeah- Mm-hmm...
31:21
leading to believing that, yeah, they still probably got that problem. They need more men. Maybe. Yeah. I don't know, but- I'd be over there. [laughs] That, that's- Especially if I can't tattoo no more.
31:29
If I couldn't tattoo today- Yeah... I'd be in Japan tomorrow. Be in Japan tomorrow. Full time. I heard Japan's beautiful. Yeah, man. It's beautiful. It's a great... Have you been? No, I heard too. I heard. Okay. Yeah.
31:38
'Cause I've been there once. Oh, for real? I've been there once last summer. But how you gonna say you heard it was beautiful? I know. I should have retracted that. My bad. What are you on, man? What are you on?
31:44
[laughs] My bad. My bad. After I said it, I was like, "Wait a minute, I did go to Japan." [laughs] Sorry, I haven't caught up with my- Yeah... with my mind, see. [laughs] I did go to Japan last summer. Yeah.
31:51
It was brilliant. It was amazing. Um- Mm-hmm... I actually met my ex there. Oh, okay. So we did kinda like this eight-week or, no, no, sorry, five-week journey- Mm...
32:00
to Tokyo, to Osaka, and then we visited all the little towns around Osaka. Yeah. Came back to Tokyo, visited all the little towns around Tokyo. Tokyo is massive, by the way. Oh, word. It's, it's like one of...
32:08
It is the largest city in the world. I don't know if- Oh, really?... you realize that. I didn't- It's a major metropolis. Really? In the world? Major. I thought- Literally the- Damn... biggest city, bro.
32:17
I could have swore something was bigger. What's bigger than that? I thought [laughs]... I, I'm... Don't get me wrong- Okay... 'cause I was just looking this up. I was looking this up- Okay...
32:22
like the biggest cities in the world. Tokyo's up there, bro. I thought Vegas was up there. It's not at all. No. Not even close. No, Vegas is- Not even close... way smaller. I know, I know, um- [laughs] It's smaller...
32:31
a- a- a matter of fact, I think I said biggest cities in America. Oh. That's why I was like, "Oh, yeah, yeah." Okay. I know that much. I think Miami. No, not Miami. Los Angeles. New York maybe. New York.
32:39
Yeah, New York- Right... Los Angeles, Chicago. Okay. Phoenix. Phoenix? Houston. Yeah, yeah, yeah. I would not have picked Phoenix. Me neither. Me- That's- Me... that's different. I need to go to Phoenix now.
32:48
[laughs] Yeah. Yeah, yeah. I need to go to Phoenix. But no, seriously, Tokyo is the largest city in the world. In the world, okay. That's dope. In the world. That's big. That's dope.
32:54
Like, you just see, keep seeing buildings over and over again. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But what's great about Tokyo, you don't need a car. Public transportation is clutch, bro. Oh, I like that.
33:03
Like, they, they have the tube or the light rail, whatever- Mm-hmm... underground take you anywhere you want. Mm-hmm. And you can pop up on any area you want, and you can just like vibe out. Yeah.
33:12
And they have these convenience stores- Mm... every corner, literally, man. Yeah. Yeah. It's crazy. And they have real food- They have real food... in these convenience stores.
33:19
Or if you don't see a convenience store, you will see, you will see a ven- uh, like vending machines. Yeah. Like random vending machines- Yeah... on, on a block, on, on a corner of a street. And you're like, "Whoa."
33:28
Yeah. And they're lit up really well, and they're dressed nice. Nice. And, and you know Japan, they do a very good job with their aesthetics, right? Oh. So like it looks good, bro. Right, right, right. You know?
33:36
That's fire. And, and you're like, especially in the dead of night, like it, it's, uh, it's very Instagrammable. Yeah. Tokyo's very Instagrammable. Yeah, yeah.
33:42
So- In the middle of the night you see this, this- Mm, this glowing vending machine... beautiful ve- vending machine. Yes. Yeah. And you're like, fresh food out of it. Yes. Pretty much, bro. That's fire.
33:48
They have salads. They replace all that shit. Yeah. It's fresh stuff, bro, everywhere you go. And especially these convenience stores, they're real food, bro. Yeah. Real food. They're... Like nothing compared to...
33:58
Like you come back to the US, you're like, "Oh, everything's trash here." Oh, yeah. When you come here. Yeah, I feel that. I'm just saying, man. I feel that. I'm just saying. It, it is a vibe, bro. Oh, yeah.
34:06
Like my girlfriend wants to go to Japan so ba- She wants to move out of the US currently. Uh-huh. And she wants to live there. That's how much she freaking wants- Yeah... to go to Japan so freaking bad.
34:13
At one point in time she wanted to move to Dubai and Egypt and everything. Yeah. And I was telling her, I'm like, "Don't do that." Yeah. Well, this is after I met her. Yeah.
34:19
But, you know, anyway, back to your story though. So Japan's cool. You would totally try the, the adult entertainment industry in Japan? Yeah, yeah, for sure. Okay. For sure, for sure. Interesting. Interesting. Yeah.
34:28
[laughs] And I think you would do well because you're exotic, obviously, to them. Right. So, you know, you would definitely have that leg up, so to speak. Yeah, third leg up.
34:35
[laughs] Yeah, third leg- You're funny, bro... up. [laughs] But on top of that, bro- Yeah... on top of that, it's just a beautiful country. Like seriously- Right...
34:43
the geography and the transporta- I'm just like, "Why isn't everyone moving to Japan?" Mm. And it's so fun because the yen right now is so low in comparison to the USD right now. Yeah, it is.
34:51
You're getting so much more money when you do that swap- Oh, man... to USD to yen. Oh. And like a, a ramen is like a few dollars, whereas ramen would be $15 here. Like that's the currency exchange. It is- Yeah...
35:02
it is that good, bro. Yeah. It is that good. That's it. That's... And I, I was looking at recently, it's the same thing. I'm like, "Why is the yen so low, bro?" Mm.
35:08
I'm just like, "I need to start investing in the yen right now, bro." [laughs] Right, right. That's it. That's it. But, but, um, whi- which brings me to my next question. Have you traveled anywhere outside the US?
35:18
No, I haven't. No, I'm, I'm a felon, bro. And after I- Dude, we gotta- That's, that's- We gotta fix that. We gotta get- Oh, yeah... Bitcoin Cash to take you to all the crypto events internationally. That's... Listen.
35:26
That would be cool. I'm working on it. I'm working on it. Okay. First thing I gotta do is get my passport. You know what I mean? Yes. I gotta qualify first. That's, that's number one. You know what I'm saying?
35:31
That's number one. Yeah. Get that passport. Yeah, I'm about to go get my, get my... Once I get my passport, then- Once you get back to Vegas, you should start it. Yeah.
35:36
'Cause it could take up to three months to actually get your passport. Three months? Yes, bro. Oh. Yes, bro. Okay, what's the date? It's got- What's the... It's 'cause I'm trying to go to, uh, the, um- It is-...
35:44
Lithuania... the 22nd. Okay. What's in Lithuania? Um- Crypto conference? No. Yes, um, BCH Bliss. Okay. It's Slovenia. Slovenia? Li- I, I don't know how to say that shit. Got it.
35:53
[laughs] But e- BCH Bliss, I think it's like May 17th, something like that. Okay. May 29. Okay. I don't know. Check it out, BCH Bliss. It's a, I think it's like a hack- a-thon. Oh, that's sick.
36:03
Um, BCH conference, all that. It's, it's, it's going down though, for sure. Okay, that's a vibe. Mm-hmm. Okay, nice. Nice, and when is that? I told you, don't get me lying, man. It's, uh- Oh, shit. Okay.
36:11
It's, uh, it's May something though. Okay. I'm pretty sure it's in May. It's in May. Ain't it, ain't... When BCH Bliss? Kent? I'll look it up. Yeah, I'm looking. I'm looking. Yeah, I'm curious.
36:20
I should go to that event too. That sounds lit. Is it the first time they're hosting that event? 15th through the 17th. 15th through the- I thought- In May... yeah Okay, in May.
36:27
Is it the first time they've hosted this event, or they did it once before? Um, I think it might be like the third. Third time, okay. Yeah. So it's still kind of a new event. Yeah, yeah. I think so.
36:34
And you're gonna get sponsored through Bitcoin Cash to go there, or? I'm, I'm attempting to, you know, I'm- Okay... I'm making a proposal for it, you know. Oh, I see. I see. Okay. Got it.
36:41
But, but, but in reality, I already, I got a proposal already that we prepared to, you know what I mean- Got you... drop that day. Nice. I'm, I'm confident it will get funded, 'cause, you know, they love me, I love them.
36:49
Oh, okay. We, uh, we got a, we got a great thing going on as far as the- All right... the tattooing, the marketing and stuff. And the- Yeah...
36:54
onboardingLike even when I'm not tweeting, I'm doing work. And I'm not- even when I'm not tattooing, I'm doing work. You know what I mean?
37:11
So like, that- You're doing work right now, bro. [laughs] My point exactly. You're talking, right? Yeah, we're making- My point exactly... we're doing work. You know what I'm saying? Yeah, we're always working.
37:17
Yeah, this interview, you know what I mean? Like- Yeah, man... it's, it's important that, that people see this- Mm-hmm... and understand, you know, the importance of the future of money. Mm.
37:24
And being able to, to understand the value that people get when they start to control their own money. Mm. You know? And, and that- that's what I'm do- that's all I'm about, you know?
37:33
It's teaching that to a lot of people because it's... Man, me understanding the value of it, because I experienced it. Right.
37:41
I experienced, I experienced receiving, you know, basically a, a grant, you know, from, from the government. Mm. Or a typical, a, a type of government. You know what I mean? Right.
37:51
That, that funded me directly to me without having to give them my, my first and last name, my address- Mm... my, you know what I mean, my social security number. I didn't have to apply, nothing.
38:01
I just presented value to them. Mm. They, they appreciated my value and, and compensated it. And, and then the, a- and in return, I gave them everything that I told them and then some. Awesome, bro. I love that.
38:13
Yeah, it's a value exchange. Exactly. Exactly. I love that. Um, I'm, I'm gonna give, uh... pivot a little bit. Would you ever launch your own NFT project? Um, um, that's funny you, you mention that- Mm...
38:24
because every tattoo that I do- Mm... I give them a, a certificate of authenticity. I'll show you. Yeah, yeah. So I'm like thinking why don't you incorporate that into your tattooing? I do. Yeah, exactly. Exactly. Okay.
38:34
The certificate of authenticity- Right, right... is minted on the blockchain as an NFT. Right. Oh, so they... Oh. Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's how you do it. Yeah.
38:41
So they don't have to mint the NFT first to get your tattoo as a utility. No. That, that's what I was thinking initially. Okay. But you're doing it in reverse essentially. Exactly. Okay. Interesting.
38:51
And they have to go mint it and then they... Okay. Mm. And then it's forever on the blockchain. Exactly. Wh- which blockchain? Um, uh, for, for Bitcoin cash tattoos that I'm doing- Yeah...
39:00
I'm doing them on, on Cash Token. Cash Token. Cash Token Studio. Okay. Yeah. And, and I'm, and I'm, I, I was, I've used, um, Rarible before, you know? Yeah, yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. I've heard of Rarible.
39:12
Yeah, they're cool. But, but I wanna, I wanna, you know, focus solely on Bitcoin Cash, you know what I mean? Okay. Sure. So as much as I can, you know? Yeah. They're sponsoring you. Yeah. [laughs] That makes sense, bro.
39:21
You know, doing the Bitcoin Cash tattoos, you know what I mean, so it, it's only right, you know? Right. Yeah. So like would they mint your certificate of authenticities on the Bitcoin chain then? I mean, I, I could.
39:32
Or- If I wanted the money, it would be me that would mint it. Right. Right. So if I wanted to. Because they have that at, called Ordinals, right? Ordinals? Ordinals. Mm-hmm. Yeah.
39:38
That, that's what NFTs are called on Bitcoin. Okay. And so they would get an Ordinal then. Mm. That would, that'd be kinda cool. I, I... Hey, hey. Because it'd be a good time. Yeah.
39:47
'Cause Bitcoin's gonna double, uh, in the next few months. Yeah. That's what I heard anyway from like- Yeah, from 16 going back to 125. How about- 40 people are projecting. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
39:55
Just imagine how much more those NFTs would be worth, those Ordinals would be worth- Mm... on Bitcoin. Mm. Something to think about. Mm. That is. There's a lot of your, you know- Mm, mm...
40:05
users that, that get that tattoo, and you've got that certificate of authenticity, which by the way is amazing. Thank you. I think every... That very smart idea.
40:13
I think every NFT artist should have a certificate of authenticity- They should, yeah... showcase because then you know for a fact- Yeah... this is a one of one. Exactly. And that, that- I love that. Yeah.
40:22
I, I wanted to, to, to give that. Mm-hmm. This is a one-on-one tattoo. Yeah. And you can, you can... It's pr- you can have, you know, what they call, um, intellectual property. You know what I'm saying? Mm-hmm, IP. Yep.
40:30
Something like that. You get royalties with it and everything. Like that's- You could... that's the, that's the objective mind because okay, you got this unique design that we did and that I tattooed it on you. Yeah.
40:39
Now, now if anybody else wants to use your design- Right...
40:42
you know what I mean, we can put smart contracts online to where, you know, now you're getting actual residuals and royalties from any time somebody uses your design. That's huge. So I'm, I'm dealing with it.
40:51
And you're giving that to your holders. They're essentially your holders too then, right? Yes. Yep. And they're your little NFT holders. Right. Correct. And so giving them that exclusivity, that's huge.
41:03
'Cause you're not the first person to say that too. Mm. And I love that you said that because Bored Apes- Mm-hmm... also have a similar thing. Oh yeah?
41:11
What they do when you have the NFT, you can do the IP, you can put it anywhere, you can trademark anywhere. Mm-hmm. You can put it on any piece of clothing, and then you can resell it. Okay. Yeah.
41:17
But, but only holders can do this. Right. Okay. You see what I'm saying? Yeah. That's fire. Okay. Yeah. Yeah, yeah. Chris told me that on V- Vidi TV. Yeah. You had a meeting. I think he's coming tonight. Ah, Vidi TV.
41:26
Yeah, Vidi. Yeah, Vidi TV. Yeah, yeah, yeah. You talked to him, right? Yeah, I did. He was at, he was with, he was recording. At Ape Chain. Yeah, he was recording. He was recording, uh- Yeah, Vidi yesterday. Yeah.
41:33
My, my- Yeah. He's a Bored Ape. Oh, yeah? That's fire. He's a Bored Ape, bro. That's fire. Yeah, yeah. I'm gonna look him up. And, and he can do that. He's got that access. That's fire.
41:39
But the thing is you gotta be a Bored Ape to have that IP right, so you can do- Right. Right, right. Vidi- Yep, yep. That's him, bro. Yep. Yeah, yeah. Well, that's a Bored Ape right there. [laughs] Yeah, he got the...
41:47
Yeah, yeah. That's it. Yep. Yep. Come on, bro. [laughs] That's it. That's it. But I'm just saying, bro, like he can do that. Mm. But like, it's cool that you literally have the same model.
41:57
I mean, I know what you're saying. Yeah, yeah. And you're doing it too. Yeah, yeah. I'm just saying, dude. Yeah, yeah. That's cool. There's other communities that do what you do too. Right, right, right.
42:02
So it's so fascinating- It is... 'cause he literally just told me that a few days ago. Yeah. Yeah. That's right. At E- E- E Denver. Oh, okay. Yeah. You know? And, and now you're telling me the exact same thing.
42:10
I'm like, "Wait a minute. I've heard this before." Yeah, yeah, yeah. So it's cool. Yeah, yeah. It's cool that you're like, y- you're doing the things, you know? Yeah, man. You know it, bro.
42:16
Like, dude, Bored Apes are doing it. Yeah. You're doing... I'm like, "Dude, there's something here." Yeah, yeah. Let's do it. "Maybe I should do it with my NFT project, bro." [laughs] Yeah, yeah. Yes. Straight up.
42:23
[laughs] No, no. Any way that you can give value back to your, to your community is huge, you know? Because that means they'll, you know, like you're taking care of them. Right. Right. You're not just shacking up.
42:32
Doing my best, man. I'm doing my best. Dude. No, no. I, I admire that. Thank you. Admi- and as a tattoo artist too. Yeah. Like I've never heard of anything like, like any...
42:39
Well, I, I haven't met a lot of blockchain tattoo artists like you before. Mm-hmm. So it's like, you know. I don't think there's another one that exists, man. Really? I mean, I mean- You're very unique then...
42:48
I mean, you know. That's a niche right there. You think about it. I mean- You could start a little community of tattoo blockchain artists, bro. Like- I'm, I'm working on it, bro. I'm working on it real hard.
42:56
Get a little, little TG group going. Yeah. My, my next, my next mission, my next mission, 'cause we just went to this- Mm. We went to a crypto convention, right? Yep, yep, yep. So now I'm like, "Okay.
43:03
How about I go to a tattoo convention with-" Oh "... crypto tattoos?" Interesting. Okay. You know what I mean? Introduce, introduce the tattoo world- Mm-hmm... to, to crypto. Mm-hmm.
43:11
And, and, and not only crypto tattoos, but-Into receiving and, and sending crypto payments, you know? Right.
43:17
You know, 'cause, 'cause they get a lot of commerce hand-to-hand co- uh, hand-to-hand, uh, co- hand-to-hand commerce, you know what I'm saying? Mm-hmm. So, yeah. Right. Right. Yeah. And that's peer-to-peer transactions.
43:26
Right. So- That's brilliant... you know, they go hand in hand. That goes hand in hand, exactly. So in stating that, um... Love this song, by the way. Anyway [laughs] Uh, we're getting ready to wrap up here.
43:37
You gotta few- Yeah. I know, right? Yeah. I know. I know. I- [laughs] That's so good, bro. It's so good. Yeah. [laughs] Oh. I'm about to... Here, come on. Do that one more time for me. This is, this is redone.
43:49
Okay, this isn't the one I heard. Okay, okay. Thi- this has been done a few times- Oh, okay... by a few different hip hop artists. Oh. This is the OG one. Yeah, this the original by, by- This is the original one.
43:56
Yeah, yeah. No, the beat's sick. The beat is sick. Yeah, it is. Yeah, she's slick. Um, um, talking about music, why, why, why didn't you ever become a musician? I feel like you, you've gotta, right?
44:03
It's funny you say that- Yeah... because that's exactly what I was doing before I started picking up tattooing, right? No way. Yeah, literally. What were you playing? I was a, no, I was a, I was a producer. I made beats.
44:12
Oh. You know what I'm saying? Oh, you're a beat artist. Okay. Yeah, I could, I could make beats for sure. Like, like- Beats... like, uh, Fruity Loops, you know what I mean? Like- Yes...
44:17
the same program that Soulja Boy used to make Crank That song. Like- Yeah... you know what I'm saying? I, I know how to work that same program and make beats just like that. You know what I mean? Oh, okay.
44:25
And uh, I was... I had been practicing making beats since I was like 12. Damn. From 12 to like 16, 17. And uh, that's when the person that I taught how to make beats- Yeah... he became a DJ. Okay.
44:38
And he took, he took, he took making beats real serious. You feel me? Right. I, I put, I put Fruity Loops on his computer and he became a DJ. Damn. He told me, "Hey, you should do tattoos." And I became a tattoo artist.
44:51
Damn. Yeah. That's cool. So you're like a multidisciplinary artist, basically. I mean- You could, you could do it. Yeah, yeah, for sure, man. Honestly, bro, like when it comes to art- Yeah...
45:01
like you put any type of thing in my hand, like it comes to creativity- Yeah... you know what I mean, like I feel like I do exceptionally well. I think you do. You know what I mean? For sure. Yeah.
45:09
You didn't go to school for that. No, no. You're just like- Just practiced though... that's your talent. That's your talent skill, bro. But I, I, I believe- Skillset... talent, I believe, is something- Yeah...
45:15
that's developed. You know what I mean? Mm. I've been, I've been drawing since I was two, since I could hold a pencil. You know what I mean? Right. I've been into it. I've been, I've been
45:23
experiencing different types of art since I was very young. Right. You know? So, so having all that type of influence at a early age led me to practice drawing a lot more than the average person. Mm.
45:34
So by the time I reached, you know, 30 years old or even 10 years old- Right... I looked like a master compared to the, my, my peers. You know what I mean? Right. Right.
45:41
'Cause I drew so much being an only child, you know what I mean? Right. Yeah, that makes sense. So you don't think it has anything to do with genetics? Not at all, man. My mama can't draw a lick.
45:49
I don't, I don't know anybody in my family that can draw. Like, you know what I mean? What about your dad? Was he not, uh, artistic at all? No. You don't think... Oh, wow. Interesting. No. That's so cool, man. Yeah.
45:58
I love that. So it's just through sheer, like discipline and, and not even discipline, just doing it, I guess. And you enjoy doing it. Yeah. So I don't- 10,000 hours, bro. Yeah. I heard it somewhere.
46:07
10,000 hours will make you a, a master of anything. Pretty much. Yeah. If you like it and enjoy it and it's that fun for you [laughs] Right. I mean, yeah, if, if you put 10,000 hours- Yeah... yeah, you know? Yeah. Yeah.
46:17
Some people don't even get to enjoy it, but it's just part of work, part of their life. Well, why are you doing it then if you don't enjoy it? Part of life. Right. In order to survive. You know what I'm saying?
46:26
The, the, the- That's true... the shoe cleaner, you know, he might've- Right... he might've cleaned 10,000 shoes. You know what I mean? That's true. But it wasn't 'cause he wanted to, you know? He needed to to survive.
46:34
Yeah. You know what I'm saying? But nonetheless, that don't make him- Yeah... it, it makes him, he's still become a master of shoe cleaning. You know what I mean? That's true. That's true. So- So do you feel lucky?
46:43
Lucky? Do you feel blessed? I shouldn't say lucky. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Do you feel blessed then? I mean- Because you actually are doing what you love in a lot of ways. Uh, I mean, I...
46:51
What, what, what you think I, I love tattooing? Well, you're an artist. You've grown up drawing and stuff. Right. You see what I'm saying? Drawing. Yeah, yeah. Yeah. And that translates into what you do.
47:00
If you, if you didn't know how to draw, you wouldn't know how to tattoo, right? So... And, and you loved to draw when you were a kid, so. Drawing. Yeah. Yeah. But, but- Isn't the same thing just drawing on a person?
47:11
No, it's definitely not. It isn't. [laughs] Look. This is how much I don't know about tattooing. [laughs] Yeah. Yeah, 'cause for one, for one, it's like- Yeah... you don't have the same capabilities.
47:19
You know what I'm saying? Sure. Like I can- Yeah. I know people that can draw as well as they can tattoo. Yeah. Sure. Or I know people that can tattoo as well as they can draw. Right. But I can't. Oh.
47:30
May- maybe it's because I can draw so well. Interesting. You know what I mean? Okay. But it's something- So there is a difference. Yeah, yeah. For sure. Okay. For sure. Like for sure, for sure. No, it's good to know.
47:38
I don't, I don't know. Yeah. And like, mind you, I could draw exceptionally well- Mm-hmm... well before I started tattooing. Okay. And you would think that those art skills immediately translated. Yeah. But they didn't.
47:49
Oh. I had to learn how to tattoo. Okay. So I had to... Like, something that I could draw easy, no problem with my eyes closed- Right... I couldn't tattoo that same image. Right.
47:57
Not without practice and learning how to tattoo. Okay. Yeah. That's fair. That's fair. Yeah. Interesting, huh? Yeah, I just... I don't know. I just feel like it would just translate, but I guess it doesn't.
48:08
W- would you mind, like sharing- I mean-... with me a little bit- I mean, it-... like why it doesn't translate with you? Or like- Well, one, well, one, a, a skin is not paper. You know what I'm saying? Okay. Facts. Yeah.
48:16
Yeah. A, a, a person not paper. You know what I'm saying? That's true. A per- person got emotions. It got- Sure... negotiation tactics. You know what I mean? Like- What do you mean? You got your prices, get me or not.
48:28
You, you heard what I said. [laughs] A person got negotiation tactics. You know what I'm saying? Right. Right. Right. And a paper I never gotta negotiate with. You know what I mean? That's, that's true. Yeah.
48:36
That's true. Oh, as you're doing it, they might say... Okay. Okay. Yeah, yeah. I get, I get what you're saying now. Okay. Okay. Yeah, yeah. You know, just- Got you... you feel me? Pressure points you gotta think about.
48:44
All, all of that. Yeah. Okay. It's, it's... I mean, a person not gonna sit still all the time, you know? It's just- Or make 'em. [laughs] Yeah. [laughs] You know, sometimes I'm, I wanna create- Yeah...
48:53
an image that, you know, sometimes, sometimes I'm, I'm creating a, a, an image on a, on a brown piece of paper. You know what I'm saying? Okay. To a certain degree. You know what I'm saying?
49:01
Skin, you know what I mean, is, it doesn't translate as, as well as me drawing it on a white piece of paper. You know what I mean? Right. Right. Or, or, or a gray piece of paper, whatever, whatever I'm be doing it on.
49:09
Sure. Okay. I, I do, I do drawings on colored paper. Green, blue, pink, you know what I mean? Right. A- and I can't do that with skin. You know what I mean? Right. No, that makes a lot more sense.
49:18
That makes a lot more sense. And like I said, but I tell you, but people are annoying. They are? What? [laughs] It depends, are you a people person or not- Yeah... you know?
49:30
Or are you this person that are into more things- I think-... than us. It's, it's usually one or the other, right? It's like are you into things or people? That's what I find anyway. Right. I, I, I mean, I don't know.
49:40
I don't know. Yeah. I think about, okay, from my perspective I think if a- if anybody dealt with as many people as I have- [laughs] Yeah... they'd get tired of people too. [laughs] Like, you know?
49:51
I, it's just where do you find your energy? Yeah. You know- Yeah... it, it's like, it's drink. It's definitely drink. Okay. So maybe you're an introvert then. I- And you find energy being by yourself.
50:00
I, I definitely- Create-... I definitely find energy in solitude, for sure. In solitude. Yeah. Yeah. For sure. And then when you're around people it feels almost draining. Sometimes it can be. Sometimes.
50:08
Like it, like I, I definitely feel like, man, you know what? I'm tired of talking to people today. Like, you know what I'm saying? Okay. Like, you know what? Yeah, it's all weird. [laughs] I'm good. We had fun, you know?
50:17
E- it could be, and it could be in the middle of a task. Yeah. Like, you know what? I'm supposed to talk to some more people. Yeah. But you know what? I ain't got it in me. I just can't. You know what I mean? Yeah.
50:26
Maybe it has something to do with my mood swings, anything, but I just feel like sometimes- Yeah... you know, you're a person- Yeah... stay away. [laughs] Well, that does not make me feel good at all. [laughs] Sometimes.
50:39
Sure. No, no, I get you. I get you though. No, no, I'm playing. You're cool though. You're cool. I'm playing. I'm playing. You're cool. Yeah, I appreciate that. I didn't leave you hanging. [laughs] Yeah, yeah, yeah.
50:45
That time, that time... [laughs] You left me hanging earlier. Oh. I'm trying to get some debt. No. I'm like, "Hello? Hello?" You know, that's the worst feeling, right, is when somebody leave you hanging. It's just...
50:54
No worry, I got that myself. I don't know. I'm just saying I wasn't looking at you. [laughs] Sorry, bro. I was, I was trying to pay or something. I, I don't know, excuse, excuse. Yeah. It's all good. I, I, but we good.
51:00
We Gucci now. For sure. For sure. But, um, but yeah, let's wrap this up though. Um, is there anything else that you wanna talk about that we haven't touched on yet? Anything else that you're working on maybe?
51:10
Any other projects you wanna shed light on, um, before we end? Um, hmm, let's see. I'm doing so much, man. I know. That's what I'm- It's- I, I just wanna make sure we, we hit all- Yeah, yeah, yeah...
51:20
we hit all the, the points. Yeah, yeah. The fine points that you wanna- Right, right... promote, you know? Like what's important. Man, really, honestly, man- Hmm...
51:25
the most important thing for me right now in my life, other than like my personal life, family- Yeah... and children, like teaching people about Bitcoin Cash- Hmm... is super important to me, bro.
51:36
Like- It sounds like it... pe- people understanding the value of controlling their own money- Hmm... and the, the power of, of having the control of your own money. Yeah. You know?
51:45
They get scared of the responsibility- Hmm... a- a- and, and uh, and not having a safety net of the government. You know what I mean? The same go- the s- same safety net is the same safety net that's flaming. Right.
51:56
You know? So it's like it's doing more damage than, than, than good. You know what I'm saying? So- Yeah... I just see that, I see that, and I, I, I feel for my people. I feel for the world.
52:08
I feel for everybody that's struggling, because I, I've struggled before and I know what it's like to not struggle. Hmm.
52:12
A- and to be able to, to give people the information to, to help themselves from that i- is, it's a, a great feeling and, and I feel like it's, it's part of my purpose, man.
52:21
Like I, I truly believe it with all my heart, man. Mm-hmm. So, so, so yeah, that's, that's, that's the most important thing I wanna tell people.
52:27
You know, just get into Bitcoin Cash, learn about, learn about the real purpose of cryptocurrency- Hmm... as far as using it, spending it, earning it. Not, not so much about investing it.
52:38
Of course that's gonna come with it. It's a, it's an investment tool of course, but it was made to be peer-to-peer electronic cash, period, point blank. Love it. Where can people find you?
52:47
You can find me on all social media. Um, I'm most active on X, and that's zerozeroT-A-T-T-S. That's double O Tatts, you feel me? Uh, on Instagram it's spelled Double with a D. Double with a D-O-E-N-T.
53:03
[laughs] So that's double O E-N-T. And, uh, on Facebook it's double OD-B-B-L-O Tatts. Um, and on TikTok it's thedoubleotattsexperience. And that's thezerozerotattsexperience. Beautiful, man.
53:21
You got a website too? Uh, my website is just my digital business card, you know what I'm saying? Just- Oh, okay, okay. Facts... [laughs] Facts. Everyone should have their own website I've been saying.
53:29
I mean, yeah, yeah, yeah. [laughs] I'm working on it. I'm working on... I actually do got a website. Okay. I had a website developed before, you know what I mean? Okay. It's just, you know what I'm saying?
53:34
It's, I got too much stuff going on so- All right... you feel what I'm saying? Like- I, I got you. Maybe I'll, maybe I'll help you out with that. Yeah, yeah, 'cause I- Get you some five codes and stuff. [laughs] Yeah.
53:40
Get you a website quick. Yeah, man, 'cause I probably- You gotta get that shit up, bro. Yeah, for sure. Yeah. It need to be organized 'cause I- Yeah... I got so much that I have- I got you...
53:46
to organize and put- Just like a directory of everything you do. Ex- exactly. Exactly. That's off social media. Yeah, yeah. It's huge, bro. Yeah, yeah. I think that'd really help you a lot. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
53:53
But anyway, thank you so much, bro. For sure, bro. This has been an experience. All right. Yeah, bro. Thanks for having me, bro. Yeah, man. Straight up, bro. Take care, man. Yep, yep. I appreciate you. Love, bro.
54:00
Straight up. I appreciate you. Appreciate you. All right. Done. We're done, bro. Yeah. That was-
